JT9501E Fast bright quenching oil compound

This product is compounded by a variety of high-quality antioxidants, quenching agents, rust inhibitors and other additives. Various quenching oils modulated with this product have the characteristics of meeting the standard characteristic temperature and characteristic time, quick quenching speed and keeping the metal surface bright. It can give quenching oil excellent high and low temperature quenching effect, and can significantly improve the quenching speed of various base oils. Various quenching oils modulated with this product are characterised by long service life, low carbon accumulation and good quenching effect. This product is suitable for the preparation of SH/T 0564-1993 standard ordinary quenching oil, fast quenching oil.

Add 3 % -7 % to this product when preparing oil.

StorageTransportation

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃; If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection.
