JT9050 Guide oil composite agent

This product is composed of excellent oily agent, anti-oxidant, anti-wear agent, rust inhibitor, corrosion inhibitor and other additives, after scientific and reasonable compounding. The guide rail oil made with JT9050 composite agent has excellent antioxidant, anti-rust, anti-creep, anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties. It can effectively improve the precision of the machine and reduce the vibration of the machine. Adopting suitable base oils, it can be made into guide rail oils with different viscosities such as 32, 46, 68, 100, etc.

The dosage in the oil is 1.5%-2.0%.

StorageTransportation

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃; If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection.
