JT4242 General gear oil compound agent

JT4242 is a newly developed universal gear oil additive package. In paraffinic base oils, 3.8% of the additive is used to formulate GL-5 quality grade, 80W-90 viscosity grade vehicle gear oils; 1.5% of the additive is used to formulate No. 220 heavy-duty industrial gear oils, which meets the US steel USS-224.

Product characteristics

JT4242 can be formulated with the following viscosity grades of GL-5 vehicle gear oils: SAE90, 110, 140, 75W-90, 80W-90, 80W-110, 80W-140, 85W-90, 85W-110, 85W-140, as well as the following viscosity grades of industrial gear oils: N68, N100, N150, N220, N320, N460, N220, N320, N460.

StorageTransportation

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. For long-term storage, it is recommended that the temperature should not exceed 60 ℃. Recommended temperature range for blending: 55-75 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection.
