JT4242A Low odor Universal Gear oil Compound

JT4242A is a newly developed low odor general purpose Gear oil composite additive. In paraffin base oil, vehicle Gear oil with quality grade of GL-5 and viscosity grade of 80W-90 is formulated with 3.8% dosage; No. 220 heavy load industrial Gear oil modulated with 1.5% dosage is in line with American Steel USS-224

Product characteristics

JT4242A can prepare GL-5 grade vehicle Gear oil with the following viscosity grades: SAE90, 110, 140, 75W-90, 80W-90, 80W-110, 80W-140, 85W-90, 85W-110, 85W-140. The following viscosity grades of industrial Gear oil can also be formulated: N68, N100, N150, N220, N320, N460.

StorageTransportation

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. For long-term storage, it is recommended that the temperature should not exceed 60 ℃. Recommended temperature range for blending: 55-75 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection
