JT8090 Gearbox Oil Compound for Pure & Hybrid Electric Vehicles

The product is composed of extreme pressure agent, anti-wear agent, dispersant, anti-oxidant, metal deactivator and other additives, after reasonable compounding and strict testing and evaluation, in the appropriate base oil and viscosity modifier, JT8090 can meet the technical requirements of oil for oil-cooled electric motor pure electric vehicle reduction gearbox. JT8090 can achieve a good balance between anti-wear performance and anti-corrosion performance, and can meet the requirements of oxidation stability and copper corrosion protection under high temperature for a long time.

Recommended dosage 6.0% by mass (for gearbox oils with a viscosity of 5.2-7.0).

StorageTransportation

When storing, loading and unloading, and adjusting oil for this product, please refer to SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃; If stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 ℃. This product is non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive. It is similar to general petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use, and does not require special protection.
